Mexikanische Kleinstadt / Mexican Village

Der Eindruck wird denke ich bleiben: der mexikanische Durchschnitt isst den Taco mit der Chillisoss und dazu das kleine Palatschinkenroellchen. Was man damit genau tut ist uns beiden nicht klar. Ich freestyle damit immer und belege einfach nach Lust und Laune. Ganz gern grillen die Leute auch Huehnchen bis es schwarz ist und das eigentliche Geschmackerlebnis im Russ besteht. Der dicke Pick-Up Truck darf natuerlich auch nicht fehlen.
Heute verlassen wir das Palenque, das Village als Sprungbrett zu den Palenque Ruinen, wo jeder maximal 2 Naechte bleibt. Der durchschnittliche mexikanische Wahnsinn ohne Meer ist auch uns zu viel. Abschliessend muss noch gesagt werden, dass der mexikaner sehr nett und freundlich ist. Man ist gerne willkommen und wenn man zuerst ein bisschen spanisch spricht, dann tun sich die einheimischen mit english leichter.

The impression I had trough the whole mexikan landscape: The Taco rules, and beginning to eat means, getting first tacos and some sauce. Next: Nearly every main dish is served with this little pan slices. But the function of this slice is not clear yet. Me just put all kind of things in it, put sauce on it, roll it, and i always had colourful taste impressions.
The chicken is mostly grilled as long until there is just black skin and taste like burned.
Today we leave Palenque "The mexikan village", which is just visited to see the ruins there. Indeed it´s a nice place, but without seaside the mexican insanity is now too much for us. At least I have to say, that mexican people are very friendly and when u start speaking spanish first, they feel more comfortable to help some words translated in english.
